Shipping & Pickup Policy*

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping We ship via UPS and USPS to the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after processing.

Large & Oversized Items Furniture and oversized items ship via freight carrier (USHIP or UPS Freight). Delivery times vary. 

Local Pickup Free local pickup is available at 880 S. Pickett St, Alexandria VA 22304. You will be notified when your order is ready and pickup time will then be scheduled. Please bring help if you are picking up large/heavy items.

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. 

Damages & Lost Packages Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, contact us within 5 days at pastpresentmarketplace@gmail.com with photos.

*Please note that some terms may vary slightly based on vendor and that availability of shipping should be posted on each item's listing.  ALL items are available for pickup for buyers in the DMV metro area.
