RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Past & Present Marketplace is an online, multi-vendor marketplace offering previously owned items - many of which are antique/vintage.  We cannot warrant the conditions of any items offered for sale on our site, so we do require our vendors to meet certain standards of quality and condition in order to be able to sell on the site.  While we prioritize transparency and clarity in our purchasing process and want our customers to be fully informed before making a decision, all buyers must understand and acknowledge that they are buying PREVIOUSLY OWNED ITEMS.  

It is essential to note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased--ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect items via photos and ask any questions prior to completing their purchase.  Viewing of items is possible via appointment for residents of the DMV region.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly not as described in our listing, please contact us at pastpresentmarketplace@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
